The first Castle Brewery collaboration beer with Driftwood Spars Brewery, St Agnes and also in collaboration with Lynher Dairies.

The Ladder Model, a Belgian Style Witbier brewed with nettles. The nettle addition provides the subtlest of earthy notes whilst also introducing Lactobacillus into the fermentation which offers a mild tartness to the beer both in aroma and flavour.

The beer has a light malt flavour and moderate carbonation, subtle flavours of clove and earthy notes provided by the East Kent Goldings hops and nettles with a light acidity making this beer the perfect pairing for light cheese.

Made using only UK malts and hops this beer is also gluten free and vegan friendly.
