Terms and Conditions
This page informs you on the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (“Products”) listed on our website www.castlebrewery.co.uk (“our site”) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

www.castlebrewery.co.uk is a site operated by Castle Brewery Ltd (“we”). We are registered in England and Wales under Company Number 13979734 with our registered office and main trade address being: Unit 9A 7, Restormel Industrial Estate, Liddicoat Road, Lostwithiel, Cornwall, PL22 0HG. VAT Registration No.: 407377784

Service Availability
Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the UK mainland. We do not accept orders from individuals outside those countries.

Orders placed through this website are NOT to be resold. If we suspect any order has been placed through this site with the intention of resale your order will be cancelled. For Wholesale enquiries please contact us at beer@castlebrewery.co.uk

Age Restrictions
It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK, you must be over the age of 18 to buy alcohol. Placing an order with us online you are confirming you are over the age of 18. We operate a “Check 25” policy, anyone who we believe to look under the age of 25 will be asked to prove that they are aged 18 or over at the time of delivery or collection.

Consumer rights
As a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.

To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. Refunds will be issued only after we have received the Products back at the brewery.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

Availability and delivery
Deliveries will be made to Mainland UK only. We aim to ensure all Products shown as in-stock on our website are available for delivery but mistakes can happen. If we receive an order and there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order we will contact you immediately to offer a replacement product or offer you a refund on the unavailable products.

On delivery all products must be signed for by an adult (aged 18 years or over) on delivery and if no one is present at the address when the delivery is attempted, the products will be retained by the driver or returned to the brewery.

Price and payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT. Delivery costs are calculated separately at the checkout.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa / MasterCard / Maestro / Discover / Diners Club / Apple Pay / Google Pay. Online orders cannot be paid for your by cash or cheque.

Returns Policy
Returned in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued once goods received minus shipping cost (unless damaged). Before returning any Products to us for any reason please get in contact with us by phone or email first and we will do all we can to help.

Damaged Goods
All of our Products sold in the online store are packaged in glass, we take every precaution we can to ensure you receive the Products in the same condition they left the brewery. If you receive any damaged Products you must notify us within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Contact us by email or phone and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter by either replacing the damaged products, issuing a refund or a voucher.

If you detect an obviously damaged package the time of delivery you can refuse to take delivery and the package will be returned to us by the courier. If you reject a delivery due to obvious damage please notify us as soon as you can and we will issue you a refund, replacement or voucher.  

Failed Deliveries
Cannot accept responsibility for errors made in incorrectly entered addresses or contact information during checkout. Please ensure you check all delivery and order information prior to finalising your order. If you notice a mistake after your order placement please get in contact with us by email or phone as soon as possible and we will attempt to resolve any issues.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
