Raw Barley Pilots

We are currently experimenting with the use of raw, local, unprocessed barely replacing the base malts in a new range of beers. All of these beers are ultra small batch brewed on our pilot kit experimenting with how these raw grains interact with our process and other ingredients.

Currently available we have:

CB004 - Pale Ale 4.5% ABV
Aroma's of orange and citrus, medium bodied with a sweet grain finish.

CB006 - Hazy Pale Ale 5.1% ABV
Soft and hop forward with a lightly bready malt profile. Flavours of orange peel, mango and passionfruit.

CB007 - Barley Pils 5.2% ABV
Lightly floral and full bodied with a balanced bitterness displaying a fresh grain flavour.

CB008 - Extra Pale Ale 3.4% ABV
Light with a bitter finish. Lightly floral with hints of citrus fruit
