Cornish Best Bitter
Our flagship beer, this Best Bitter has a restrained malt flavour with a biscuity, slightly nutty character. The malt is complimented by a beautifully balanced hop aroma displaying notes of grapefruit leading to a citrus finish. Assertive, but not overpowering bitterness, an instant Cornish classic.
Cornish Stuggy Stout
Smooth and dark, medium roasty flavour and aroma, with a subtle chocolate backbone built from eight carefully selected malts. This Cornish Stout, as the name suggests, is robust and with plenty of body, it really packs a punch. A very light smokey aroma finishes this rich and complex beer. Cornish Stuggy Stout has won mulitple awards which we are extremely proud of.
A sweet chocolate flavour with a smooth finish and hints of dried fruit. As the name suggests it is mild in bitterness and hop aroma but makes up for that with a huge sweet malty hit. Moat Mild has won multiple awards including a SIBA Gold in 2018. This beer is one that shouldn't be missed.
A rich golden coloured, dry hopped, IPA displaying aromas of grapefruit and lemon. Its assertive bitterness is balanced by a biscuity malt flavour. With its session strength and flavours of orange shining through. This is a very quaffable beer.
A deep golden ale with a noticeably strong citrus hop aroma, a slightly spicy hop flavour and subtle notes of blackberry and plum. Sweet and biscuity malt compliments these hop flavours nicely. This is a perfect beer for an evening sat on the beach watching the sun drop into the sea.
Once a Knight
Bitter ale jam packed with wheat and driven by the flavours of caramel malt. This malty beer has aromas of pear and lemon with a hint of the caramel flavours drawing through. This isn’t your typical premium bitter!

A New Season
A Belgian style Saison with New Zealand Motueka hops. The flavours of this beer are derived from the yeast - fruity esters with lemon and orange citrus characteristics and a slightly peppery aroma. The Motueka, bred from the Belgian Saaz hop, displays characteristics of tropical fruit and citrus, complimenting the yeast flavours. This beer has a dry finish and a spritzy carbonation. A great thirst quenching beer that will leave you wanting more!
